The flowers really do look like crystals. I remember seeing some very dark purple, almost black, clematis while hiking outside of Juneau Alaska.
I so love your cards. Downpour especially attracted me this time, because you drew the impacting raindrops, something I have never seen anyone do before. You have so much talent it is amazing!
