Hello Soma — I hope this finds you well and that the only reason you haven’t blogged since December is that you’ve been making more of your beautiful art … how I enjoyed seeing all your projectts and especially loved the Girl and her Cat at the lIbrary. :(I just returned to blogging after being out of the loop since the first of November, and I have absolutely no good excuse except for general malaise). I enjoyed your travel pictures also — did not realize you lived in the Pacific Northwest (we’re from Oregon as you may remember, but spending winters these days in Florida). So I loved seeing the Columbia Gorge, where we’ve spent many happy hours (and also too much time driving past without stopping when we were in a hurry to get back to eastern Washington. We grew up in that corner and moved to Oregon when both sets of parents and other family still lived there.)

The leaves are so pretty. Over the last few months I found that painting leaves can be a very soothing activity. :)

not a fun time to be sick…i hope you are feeling better. the little blankets are adorable and sounded fun to make. i am sure they will be loved by the kitties. the leaves do look like they were floating, i thought at first they were real!!
